From scheduling insurance adjusters to come out to inspect the vehicle or making the vehicle available to their owner in order to remove their personal belongings, Lee makes sure the process is smooth and efficient. Vivian helps the company run as smooth as she can. Learning the business from the ground up by the best teachers in the industry, she has the advantage of not only learning how to work the towing end of the business, but is able to be herself, not stopped from having a very careing nature and able put her own personal touch into each job. Whether it's helping comfort someone at an accident scene or answering questions for someone who is not sure what happens after their car is towed away from the accident site, she always puts herself in their shoes. Because it's in her nature, Vivian really goes the extra mile to help.
